The challenge
Running a modern company means living across a dozen disconnected tools — accounting in one tab, contracts in another, client history scattered across email and spreadsheets. Every answer required a human to stitch context together by hand, and incoming DSA obligations raised the bar on traceability and record-keeping. The team needed a single source of truth that an AI could actually reason over, not just another dashboard built for clicking.
What we built
We built MetaHub as a DSA-ready company operating system with an AI assistant at its core. Invoices, contracts, clients and projects live in one structured model, ingested through document intelligence and normalized so the assistant can query them directly. We don’t build UI for humans who click — we build interactions for models that reason: the assistant retrieves the right records, drafts documents and triggers workflow automations, while every action stays logged and auditable.
Results
MetaHub is live and now serves as the company’s central window into its own operations. Cross-tool lookups that used to take minutes of manual digging resolve in a single question, contract and invoice handling carries fewer manual touches, and the compliance trail is built in rather than bolted on. The platform turned a fragmented tool stack into one coherent, AI-native system.
