The challenge
Documents entered the business through a dozen channels and then stalled. Extraction lived in one tool, approvals happened over email and chat, and the final data had to be re-keyed into internal systems by hand. There was no single path from an incoming file to an approved, system-of-record entry — which meant delays, lost documents and no reliable view of where anything stood.
What we built
We built an end-to-end document AI pipeline wired directly into the client’s existing internal stack. Incoming documents are extracted into structured fields, validated, and pushed into a routing layer that assigns the right approver based on type and value. Approvals, escalations and write-backs are orchestrated automatically, so a document moves from intake to approved record without anyone copying data between systems.
Results
The pipeline is live and now carries documents end to end — extraction, approval and system write-back in one continuous flow. Processing cycles are dramatically shorter, manual re-keying is largely gone, and every document has a clear, auditable status from the moment it arrives. The client gained a single, reliable spine for document operations instead of a chain of disconnected steps.
